I’m really glad that I will be apart of the DPM family.Ms.Brianna(technician)was very helpful at informing me on some preventive maintenance that I can do on my own I was grateful for that. Looking forward to having some cosmetic fixes in my furnace room(the open ceiling)I asked her about it her response was that’s something that could be taken care of.But the whole experience was pleasant.Thank you.

Todd is awesome to deal with. He is professional and very responsive. He got us the new HVAC system we needed and lined up an electrician to handle additional work that needed to be outside their service area. Would highly recommend going with Dawson.

I am so appreciative of Russel and Brianna, the HVAC techs that came out for Dawson’s. My house hold was hot and uncomfortable. And can’t afford buying a whole new system. We had Apollo come out and the tech said the repair was going to cost several thousand as the heat pump/air handler is old and parts for it are expensive and may be hard to find but recommended that the system be replaced.. (for the price of my second born child.) The Russell and Brianna came out and diagnosed our problem in less than 30 mins on the first trip and less than 30 minutes to replace the parts. Since the parts didn’t come in for a few days they fixed it so it would work in the meantime. We are so grateful kudos to Russell and Brianna from Dawson’s!!!

My mom’s furnace was dying on March 31st and it was cold in her house! The furnace died on April 1st, and Dawson Heating and Air Conditioning, worked their schedule to fill her in right away! Their professionalism and promptness really made a huge difference in going with their business! I also want to add that they are reasonably priced and are not out to take your money!
